The non-profit operated
one of the largest foundations in the state and had their own ministries that employed 50 employees. Pamela had
been an administrative assistant and was asked to accept the HR responsibilities. Harper worked with Pamela to make sure
she had taken care of all HR and Benefits compliance issues, including fixing some of the problems she inherited. Over time, Pamela
learned HR and was able to handle most HR issues on her own.

Profile, Harper evaluated the needs of the HR Department at construction company and designed new approaches to the management
of the HR Department. Because the company had a payroll solution they could not abandon, Harper evaluated and implemented
complementary software to assure HR efficiency and compliance. Theatre VC Startup
The entrepreneur was starting a new business. The intent was to build the business and sell it and he didn't
want to hide that fact from his management team. Harper using our financial and executive compensation experience, created
a draft executive compensation plan and modeled sale scenarios and multiple time frames, using multiple growth scenarios.
Harper coordinated the completion of the plan with company attorneys and communicated the final program to each executive.
